Leader for Life Academy LLC, a Texas limited liability company, presented digitally and online under the name LEADER FOR LIFE ACADEMY ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the website www.leaderforlifeacademy.com. By accessing or using this website, joining our waitlist, creating an account, purchasing any product or service, or enrolling in any membership, coaching, consulting, or speaking engagement, you ("you," "user," "client," or "purchaser") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our services.
Leader for Life Academy LLC offers the following digital and professional services:
All digital content is delivered electronically. Access to digital content is granted upon confirmed payment.
Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel.
You will be notified of your billing date and monthly charge at the time of enrollment. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and accurate. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership access.
To cancel your membership and stop future charges, you must contact us at admin@leaderforlifeacademy.com prior to your next billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any portion of a billing period already charged, consistent with our No Refund Policy.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your membership or access credentials to any other individual or entity. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@leaderforlifeacademy.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
All purchases are made electronically through our website. We use Stripe as our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. For recurring memberships, you authorize ongoing monthly charges as described in Section 3.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases, including but not limited to digital content, memberships, coaching or consulting calls, and speaker engagements, under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this No Refund Policy and you expressly agree to it.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience, we encourage you to contact us at admin@leaderforlifeacademy.com so that we may address your concerns. However, contact does not constitute an exception to this No Refund Policy.
By completing any purchase through our website, you expressly agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card company, or financial institution for any charge made in connection with your purchase.
You understand and agree that initiating a chargeback or fraudulent dispute in violation of this agreement constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, to recover any charged-back amounts, associated fees, and legal costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by completing a purchase and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you expressly waive any right to bring a lawsuit, legal claim, or legal action against Leader for Life Academy LLC arising from or related to your purchase or use of our products or services, including claims related to dissatisfaction with the product or service.
This waiver does not apply to claims that cannot be waived by law, including claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on the part of Leader for Life Academy LLC.
Leader for Life Academy LLC offers both general life and leadership coaching and business or professional coaching and consulting services. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Leader for Life Academy LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from decisions made by clients based on coaching or consulting content, whether delivered through digital content, live sessions, or any other format.
All content available through our website and services, including but not limited to videos, webinars, e-books, written materials, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Leader for Life Academy LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and legal action.
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leader for Life Academy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
