The academy works because of the people doing the work: faculty who guest-teach, coaches who mentor, and support specialists who keep things running.
A rotating bench of mentors — pastors, founders, athletes, financial advisors — who guest-teach lessons in their domain. They show up in the curriculum and on the monthly webinars.
A small coaching team picks up ongoing cadence for Full Academy members. Every coach has been trained on the same playbook the curriculum is built around.
The team behind the contact form. They handle account issues, billing, course access, and getting you to the right resource — typically within 24-48 hours on business days.
Course producers, editors, and curriculum designers translate the teaching into the videos, workbooks, and weekly drops that members actually use.
Many of the spiritual-pillar lessons are shaped by that community — not as a denominational requirement for members, but as the soil the academy grew in.
